Whether you’re a passionate beginner, someone wanting to explore a new career option or an experienced florist looking to boost your portfolio and try new things, I’m excited to welcome you to the Sarah Harper Studio.
My studio is a countryside haven.
It’s an open space, flooded with sunlight that looks out over my ever-changing flower patch. Inside, you’ll find a place to work, and a place to relax – custom made oak beams have been designed especially for hanging installations, and the luxurious sofas, log burning stove and stacks of magazines are made for curling up with a glass of fizz and letting ideas develop.
This gorgeous place is where I create all my floral designs, and I am thrilled to be opening its doors for a series of workshops that will help you make some floral magic, too.
From fun and relaxed group sessions to intensive 1:1 days with me, our varied programme of classes and workshops are suitable for everyone.

1:1 WORKSHOPS
Meet Sarah (and Alfie) in our North Oxfordshire studio for a glass of fizz and a morning of floral fun. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced florist looking to develop a specific skillset, this half-day workshop can be tailored to suit.

CHRISTMAS
Join us this year for some festive fun in our beautiful studio in North Oxfordshire (Barford St Michael).
You will be greeted by the warm glow from the log burner, mince pies and plenty of fizz to enjoy a couple of hours of truly getting into the Christmas spirit!
Sarah will teach you how to make a natural moss-based wreath from scratch with a whole host of scrumptiously seasonal foliages and delightful sundries to create a totally bespoke door wreath that is sure to make your neighbours jealous!!

FOAM-FREE
We are delighted to introduce our new series of workshops – ‘Foam Free Florals’
These classes are the perfect opportunity to learn and practice sustainable methods of floristry Sarah has developed since going foam-free back in 2018. Understanding and reducing the environmental impact of floristry, whilst still being able to create beautiful seasonal arrangements is the foundation of this series.

FLORAL DELIGHTS
Our new series of workshops – introducing ‘Floral Delights’, a series of workshops which focus of one main seasonal show-stopper flower. So for all you Tulip, Peony, Sweetpea and Dahlia lovers out there, these workshops are for you!
Learn how to grow, pick, condition and of course arrange these beautiful flowers with other seasons goodies in Sarah’s signature garden gathered, natural and romantic style.

SUMMER
Learn to create stunning seasonal hand-tied bouquets using locally-sourced and homegrown British florals.
This course is about learning new skills, enjoying a few hours of getting creative and being surrounded by beautiful summer blooms!
