One
dreams and plans
Your wedding flower journey starts with a complimentary video call with Sarah.
These initial meetings always end in an explosion of ideas. Finding out the things you love and how we can put together flowers that will reflect you and your style is one of my absolute favourite things about being a wedding florist. From this initial consultation right through to the morning of your wedding, I’ll be your personal floral designer. I’m on hand to deliver support, advice and guidance throughout the process.
Two
ideas and proposals
After our initial chat, you’ll receive a personalised proposal, itemised quote and a bespoke mood board. At this point, you can confirm your booking with us and pay a deposit, so that your wedding date is reserved in our diary.
Three
design and flourish
Now the fun really starts! All our couples receive a welcome pack and access to their bespoke online Hive. This is our online platform which helps guide you through the process and keeps everything organised.
Book a studio visit where Sarah (and Alfie) will welcome you with a glass of fizz and we will go through your ideas in more detail. You’ll be emersed in colour swatches, specific varietals, vases, vessels, and textured ribbons. You are at the heart of these designs, and you deserve to be a part of every last detail.

time to get excited
We work closely with many fantastic venues across Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds but love to discover new venues too. Sarah is happy to offer site visits where required to help plan your florals down to the finest detail.
As your wedding date approaches, we’ll put together a detailed setup schedule so you know exactly what to expect on the day. My team and I are at your disposal to answer any questions you have, and get you ready for your wedding feeling prepared, inspired and bubbly with excitement.

the big day
On your wedding day, we will set up and style your venue with our finished flowers, and make sure that everything is arranged exactly the way you dreamed it would be. We will hand deliver your bouquet to wish you love and luck as you start this exciting next chapter of your life.
We want you to get the most out of your florals and can help repurpose displays during the day. We also offer a gift-wrapping service for the morning after so you and your guests can continue to enjoy our flowers for even longer.

We offer a premium wedding service, ensuring every floral detail is thoughtfully designed and expertly executed. Our designs are abundant, artfully composed, and made using only the highest-quality flowers.
Our Bespoke Wedding Service requires a minimum investment of £6,000. As each wedding is entirely bespoke, pricing reflects the level of artistry, scale, and detail involved, with many couples choosing to invest more to bring their dream floral vision to life.

What is the difference between your Bespoke Wedding Service and Signature Collection?
Our Bespoke Wedding Service is a fully personalised experience for couples seeking exceptional floral design and an immersive planning journey. It is ideal for those who desire complete creative freedom, statement floral moments, and a cohesive design concept throughout their wedding.
You will be guided through an in-depth consultation process, followed by a tailored proposal, design development, and bespoke floral concepts created specifically for your celebration. This service includes the option of large-scale installations such as arches, columns, hanging florals, and other statement features.
Couples booking the Bespoke Wedding Service receive access to The Hive, a welcome pack, and personalised floral drawings and designs where required. We love to meet our couples and The Bespoke Service includes a visit to Sarah's studio, as well as site visits where required. On the day, Sarah and her senior team oversee delivery, styling, and installation, ensuring every detail is executed with care.
The Signature Collection is designed for couples who want beautiful, high-quality wedding florals without the need for a fully bespoke service. For further information please see our Signature Collection, or contact Sarah.
Do you have a price list?
No, as all our weddings are bespoke we do not have a price list. However, we do provide an itemised proposal based on your requirements prior to confirmation of booking.
Are you VAT registered?
Yes, we are VAT registered.
How do we secure our date and how far in advance do I need to book?
We only take on a limited number of weddings per year and as such a 10% booking fee is required to secure the date in our diary. Typically, our couples enquire a year in advance.
Can we meet you in person?
Yes! Our Bespoke Wedding Service includes the option to meet Sarah (and Alfie!) at our studio in North Oxfordshire.
Do you offer site visits?
Sarah works regularly with a number of venues across Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds but is happy to offer site visits where required for couples who invest in our Bespoke Wedding Service.
