I loved hearing about your wedding ideas in our initial consultation; now is the time to develop your vision into something truly special. Peruse your personal mood-board for design inspiration, and let us know your initial impressions below. This is your wedding, and we want your wedding flowers to reflect that, so please feel free to add your own images to the mood-board
Colour Palette
Here is the colour palette for your wedding flowers. Remember flowers are a natural, living product and we cannot promise an exact shade from each flower variety but we will work with your chosen colour palette to give you a stunning array of seasonal florals.
Flowers & Foliage
We love to use seasonal flowers wherever possible. As you have chosen to get married in x month the following flowers will be in full bloom. Although we will do our best to accommodate all requests, we are working with a natural product which is subject to seasonal availability, and therefore we cannot guarantee any single flower or variety.

Hellebore, paperwhites, snow drops, tulips, anemones, alstroemeria, roses. As well as seasonal flowers and foliage we work closely with our wholesalers and can obtain a variety of other florals all year round including roses, spray roses, alstroemeria, snapdragon, delphinium, lisianthus and clematis.

Boring but vital! Here we ask that you confirm you are happy with our policy documents and provide us with your bank details so that we can return your deposit after the wedding.
payment policy
Prices issued with the Sarah Harper Floral Design proposal quotation will remain valid for 7 days from the date sent to you, and will need to be secured with the notified non-refundable deposit amount of £100.00
All prices will be secured unless the price of contents or containers intended for the final design has risen significantly; in which case we shall notify the event commissioner as soon as possible.
Full payment must be received no less than 4 weeks before the date set or we will not go ahead with ordering your flowers.
The full amount due for your wedding flowers will be due on: …………..
You will be sent an invoice directly for this.
Please make sure you check you have all the details correct before transferring your monies.
Sarah Harper Floral Design hire many of our items to you the event commissioner free of charge including vases, containers, vessels, etc. These are loaned on a goodwill basis and any items hired that are lost, damaged or broken must be paid for.
As such, and in order to recover these costs, we keep hold of your deposit (paid to us to secure your wedding date) this then becomes your security deposit.
Should there be any breakages/damage/missing items we will deduct this from your deposit of £100.00 and refund you the difference. Should the amount of money required for breakages/damage/missing items be over £100.00 we will send you an invoice directly which is due upon receipt.
Please provide Sarah Harper Floral Design with your bank details (account number and sort code) using the form below so that we can refund you your £100.00 minus any breakages should there be any after we have collected from your chosen venue.
