Spring Hand-tied Bouquet Workshop
£85.00 inc. VAT
This class is the perfect way to unleash your creative skills and soak in all spring has to offer. Who doesn’t love a vase bursting with gorgeous fresh spring florals at home?
You will be welcomed on the day by Sarah, and no doubt Alfie the cockapoo, who will show you around our cutting patch (our tulips and daffodils will have made an appearance!), how our flowers arrive from the local growers and wholesalers, how to condition the flowers, and the best way to look after them once at home. We will chat through the different varieties available in Spring and why it is important to use seasonal flowers. You will learn how to construct a hand-tied bouquet using your chosen florals and see how no two bouquets will end up the same!
We will also cover containers – what makes a perfect container and how to utilise what you might already have at home to compliment your floral designs – and finally how to present your bouquet in our beautiful and sustainable gift-wrapping.
Homemade refreshments will be provided and you will each make your own hand-tied bouquet to take home and enjoy! This workshop runs for 2 hours in our studio at Barford St Michael, maximum 6 participants.
