There is no one-size fits all approach to our designs – how could there be when we take so much inspiration from the couples we work with?
Our bespoke service is for couples who want the flowers to take centre stage. Combining seasonal flowers with Sarah’s signature style, we will work together to create your dream wedding florals. If you dream of tables filled with floral delights, stunning urns bursting with colour or eye-catching broken arches this package is the one for you.
Flowers are such an important part of any any wedding, but they are an investment. With our bespoke service you will get beautifully executed florals designed by Sarah – an approachable and professional floral designer with years of experience. The minimum spend is £3000 and includes bespoke floral designs, all florals and foliage, a consultation at Sarah’s studio, access to the online Hive, and a site visit.

The Bespoke Wedding Service Process
dreams and plans
Your wedding flower journey starts with your complimentary call or Zoom during which we chat through your ideas. These initial meetings always end in an explosion of ideas. Finding out the things you love and how we can put together flowers that will reflect you and your style is one of my absolute favourite things about being a wedding florist. From this initial consultation right through to the morning of your wedding, I’ll be your personal floral designer. I’m on hand to deliver support, advice and guidance throughout the process.

After our initial chat, you’ll receive a proposal and a bespoke mood board. Local, seasonal flowers lend themselves perfectly to the natural, romantic styling that has become my signature. I love to create floral displays that suit your venue, bringing the outside inside in a way that looks as though the flowers and foliage truly belong there. At this point, you can confirm your booking with us and pay a deposit, so that your wedding date is reserved in our diary.
ideas and proposals

This initial proposal is very much a work in progress, and nothing is set in stone at this stage, but it will give us a starting point from which to develop our ideas together. design and flourish
Now you will receive your welcome pack which will give you access to The Hive. This is our online platform which helps keep everything organised. Book a studio visit where Sarah (and Alfie) will welcome you with a glass of fizz and we will go through your ideas in more detail. You’ll see the colour swatches and specific varietals; as well as the vases and vessels we’re planning to use in your designs, and the textures of the ribbon that will tie your bouquet. You are at the heart of these designs, and you deserve to be a part of every last detail.
As your wedding date approaches, we’ll put together a detailed setup schedule so you know exactly what to expect on the day. My team and I are at your disposal to answer any questions you have, and get you ready for your wedding feeling prepared, inspired and bubbly with excitement.
